Tortilla Case Will Not Close

The Tortilla case is custom-designed to fit the Tortilla Booth in one orientation, to make sure the booth is kept secure and stable through transportation. If it doesn’t close, do not try to force it!

 

Troubleshooting

Check the Arm Orientation

 

Remember, when packing the Tortilla up after an event, the Tortilla arm should be inserted last. If the case still is not closing properly, make sure:

  • The arm is at a 90° angle

  • The arm attachment point is angled upward

  • The arm is pushed fully into the Tortilla case

Troubleshooting

Check the Base Orientation

 

The Tortilla base will only fit into the Tortilla case one way, and will slightly stick out if it is inserted incorrectly. This is by design to make sure the booth is always properly loaded! If the case still is still not closing, make sure:

  • The arm is not inserted before the base

  • The base is fully inside the case

How to Pack the Tortilla Booth

 

To ensure there are no issues when packing the Tortilla Booth into its case, there are a few best practices to follow:

  • Pack the Tortilla arm after packing the base

  • Remove all accessories - pack them last, after packing the base and arm

  • Only pack Tortilla and accessories in the case
