How to Reattach the Adjustment Knob

If the adjustment knob on the Tortilla Arm comes loose, do not panic! The knob can be reattached carefully without needing to send the booth in for repair.

To Reattach the Adjustment Knob:

1. Remove the arm from the base

2. Lay the arm pieces on a flat surface with the adjustment channel and screw channel facing upward

3. Align the pieces of the arm

4. Place the metal washer on the screw channel’s raised ridge

5. Slide the two arm pieces together, making sure the metal washer stays on the screw channel

   Note: This may take some force to slide past the guard piece

6. Attach the plastic washer to the adjustment knob

7. Screw the adjustment knob through the adjustment channel into the screw channel

How to Prevent Removal of the Adjustment Knob

While this is a quick fix, prevention is the best first step! Here are a few best practices when using the adjustment knob:

• Unscrew 2 to 3 times when loosening. It is not necessary to fully unscrew the adjustment knob to adjust the arm

• Do not excessively tighten the adjustment knob

• Do not force the arm to move
