What To Know
File Requirements
To ensure that your custom Sticker can be uploaded and provides the best guest experience, make sure the file meets these requirements:
File Types: PNG
Maximum Dimensions: 2000px in either dimension (width or height)
Maximum File Size: 5 MB
What To Know
Best Practices
Stickers can take many different shapes and sizes, and guests will be allowed to adjust the size and rotation of the Sticker when they add it to their capture.
These recommendations will provide for the best guest experience.
Minimum Dimensions: 500px in either dimension (width or height)
Because guests can resize the sticker to take up the entire frame of the capture, you will want to make sure that your custom Sticker is a large enough size to avoid it from looking blurry or pixelated.
Use a Transparent Background
Using a transparent background in the Sticker will allow for more parts of the capture to be seen and provides the best guest experience.
Recommended Shape: Square
While the Sticker doesn’t need to be a perfect square, uploading a Sticker with similar lengths and heights will allow guests to more easily resize the Sticker.
What To Know
Guest Experience
Guests will have the option to add one or more of the stickers selected for this event after the capture has been taken. Guests can add multiples of the same sticker if they wish.
When the guest taps or clicks on a Sticker, it is added to the center of the capture. They can then tap the added Sticker to bring up the controls to resize, rotate, or delete it.
The sticker can be moved by tapping, holding, and dragging it across the capture.
