Reactivate Your Subscription
To reactivate your Salsa subscription
Sign into the Salsa web app
From Manage Account, click Complete Setup
Select your plan, billing frequency, and number of licenses
Click Start Plan
Confirm or update your billing information and click Purchase
Once completed you will have immediate access to the Salsa web app features and the Salsa iOS app.
What To Know
After Reactivating Your Subscription
Once your subscription is reactivated, it is highly recommended to check for updates to the Salsa iOS app.
To check for an update to the Salsa iOS app
Open the App Store on the iPad
Search for Salsa Booth and select it from the search results
Tap the Update button
If the button instead says Open, then the Salsa iOS app is up to date.
What To Know
Reactivating a Deleted Account
If an account does not have an active subscription for one year, the account will be deleted.
If your account has been deleted, you will need to create a new one.
You can continue to use the same email address, however none of the past events or assets will be available.
