If Captures Won't Print after Tapping the Print Button

How to select a default printer:
Open the Fiesta iOS app
Select an event or create a new event
Tap Configure Event
Tap Sharing
Tap AirPrint
Tap Default Printer
Select your printer from the pop-over

How to grant permission to connect to an AirPrint dongle:
Open the iPad’s Settings app
Tap Privacy
Tap Local Network
Toggle on Fiesta
What To Do
If Prints Aren't Sized Correctly When Using an AirCastPro
Adjustments to the print size can be made from the Advanced Printer Settings on the Fiesta iOS app.
However, if you’re using an AirCastPro and changes made in the Advanced Printer Settings are not reflected in the prints, you may need to turn on Bypass Imaging Engine within the AirCastPro settings.
To turn on Bypass Imaging Engine:
Connect the iPad to the AirCastPro WiFi network
Load the AirCastPro settings page in Safari
Tap the printer name under Printers and Pools
Tap Edit
Tap to check off the box next to Bypass Imaging Engine
Tap Finish
What To Do
If 2x6 Prints Are Printing Down the Middle of the Strip
If a 2x6 print template is printing down the middle of a 4x6 piece of media there are some situations that may be causing this:
Attempting to Print from the Event Dashboard:
Make sure you are printing from within an event and not from the Event Dashboard.
Note: You can also print from a Sharing Station when printing 2x6 templates.

Airprint Dongle isn’t Set up to Print 2x6 Templates:
Make sure that both the Salsa App and Airprint Dongle are correctly formatted to print 2x6 captures.
