How to Change Your Salsa Account Password
Your Salsa account is the key to accessing your events, marketing materials, the Photobooth Academy, and more.
If you need to change or reset your password, just follow these quick steps.
How To
Change Your Salsa Account Password
Your Salsa account password for logging in to the Salsa iOS app and web app can be changed from the Manage Account section on the Salsa web app.
To change your password:
Log in to the Salsa web app
Click Manage Account
Click the Security tab
Type in your new password under Change Password
Click Save Password
You will receive a confirmation that your password was successfully updated.
Note: If you are sign in to the Salsa iOS app, you will want to log out and log back in with the new password.
What To Know
If You Forgot Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password and cannot log in to your account, you can reset it by clicking here.
You will be prompted to enter your Salsa account email address. A reset password link will be emailed to you.
