While we’d hate to see you go, one benefit of Salsa is that there is no commitment or contract required to use our service.

Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Salsa subscription:
Log in to the Salsa web app
Click Manage Account
Click Edit Plan under the Your Plan section
Scroll down to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription
Once the cancellation has been submitted it will be processed within 48 hours.
What To Know
What Happens When a Subscription Is Cancelled
After requesting cancellation, you can continue to use Salsa as usual until the end of that month’s billing cycle.
Once the subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to past events, captures, analytics and survey stats. All links to past Live Galleries will also be disabled.
You can immediately restore access to past events and reactivate the Live Galleries by resubscribing.
If you’re a booth owner and have access to the Salsa Marketing Materials, you can continue to access these without a subscription.
If an account does not have an active subscription for 12 months, the account will be permanently deleted.
