What Are Analytics?
Event Analytics is a Salsa Pro feature that allows you to see at a glance the how many captures and shares were taken and sent out.
This information is perfect for seeing how successful the event was, what were the most popular capture modes, and the most common method of sharing.
You can use this for your own insight into how events are run or share with a client.
How To
Access Event Analytics
To access an event’s analytics:
Log in to the Salsa web app
Select an event from the Event Dashboard
Click Analytics
This will open a new tab with the event’s analytics.
Note: If the page does not open, make sure your browser settings are not blocking pop-up windows.
What To Know
Information Available in Analytics
Event Analytics includes a wide-range of information about the event and the Live Gallery.
Information about the event includes:
Number of captures by mode (Photo, Boomerang, GIF, Video)
Number of shares by method (Email, Text)
Information about the Live Gallery include:
Number of views by device type
Number of shares from Live Gallery by social media platform
Total number of Call-to-Action button clicks
Total number of downloads
Most viewed and shared captures
