What Is the Queso Dashboard?
The Queso Dashboard is a convenient way for you to manage your QuesOS subscription directly from the web.
From the Queso Dashboard, you can:
View your Queso subscription renewal and billing date
Activate and deactivate your subscription at any time*
See how many payments are remaining for Split and Membership subscriptions
View your Queso booth Product Key
Step One
Create a Password
The first step to creating an account for the Queso Dashboard is to generate a password for your account.
From the Queso Dashboard login page, click Create a password.
Step Two
Enter Your Queso Subscription Email Address
Enter in the email address that is associated with your Queso subscription. This email address might also be associated with your original purchase.
If the email address entered does not match any user on file, please reach out to us at support@photoboothsupplyco.com.
Step Three
Check Your Email for Your Account Password
After successfully entering in your address you will be sent a Welcome to Queso Dashboard email.
Your account password can be found inside which you can use with your email address to log in to the Queso Dashboard.
Step Four
Log in to the Queso Dashboard
Return to the Queso Dashboard and log in using your email address and the password provided to you in the welcome email.
Step Five
Enter or Confirm Your Payment Method
After logging in, check the Billing section to enter in your billing information. You can use either a debit or credit card for your subscription.
If there is already a payment method entered, verify and confirm that it is up to date and the correct card you want to use.
If you want to change the payment method at any time, simply click Change Payment Method.
Step Six (Optional)
Change Your Account Password
Once you’re all set up, you can change your Queso Dashboard account password by entering in a new password and clicking Confirm.
You can change your Queso Dashboard account password at any time from this page.
Note: You may not get a visual confirmation that the password has changed.

What To Know
If You Cannot Create an Account
If your receive a message that a user with that email address could not be found, try entering in another email address that might be associated with your Queso subscription.
