Different Ways To Share Event Captures With Clients

 

When creating an event for your clients, it is important to discuss the different ways to share the captures taken during an event with them. The Fiesta software provides a few different ways:

Live Gallery
The Live Gallery creates an online album which allows the client to not only download but also share captures with guests.

Zip File Sharing
When the client wants to be able to download all captures from an event instead of individual captures, they can now do so through the Live Gallery itself!


How To

Send All Captures to The Client

 

To Send Captures to the Client:

  1. Log in to Fiesta

  2. Navigate to the event you would like to send the captures from

  3. Ensure Live Gallery is toggled on

  4. Toggle On Download All

From here, sharing the Live Gallery link with the client will display the Download All option to the right. If clients would like to download, all they have to do is click the Download button and a Zip file containing all captures on the Live Gallery will be downloaded!

Note: anyone with access to the Live Gallery link will be able to download all captures with this method


How To

Send Analytics, Sharing Data, And Captures To The Client

 

To Send Analytics and Sharing Data to the Client:

  1. Log in to Fiesta

  2. Navigate to the event you would like to send sharing data from

  3. Select the three dots beside the Configure Event button

  4. In the drop down menu that appears, select Share Captures and Analytics

  5. Select the boxes beside the options you wish to share with Clients

  6. Enter the Email Address

  7. Select Send Email

This option is great if the client does not wish to have the Live Gallery active, or if they do not want all guests to be able to download all captures from the event.
