What Is An Event Proposal?
Event Proposals are formally written plans and examples of how an event will look, feel and run. Creating an Event Proposal using Fiesta is simple as the details are automatically generated creating a website based off of the event’s features and settings.
The Event Proposal is typically shared with a potential client who has already provided you with details about their desired event. From themes, colors, and requested features to capture modes, backdrops, and sharing information — the Event Proposal allows your client to understand everything your booth is capable of!
Additionally, you can generate multiple proposals by creating multiple sample events based on different packages that you offer to provide a distinction between your standard package and the benefits of purchasing a higher-tier package that includes more features.
While the general outline of the proposal is pre-designed, many of its core components are fully customizable to give your client a realistic idea of what they can expect when they book with you.
How To
Add Event Features
The Proposal for an event is designed to effortlessly display the event. When setting up your event, all the event settings are transferred automatically to the proposal.
To add any event features, simply add them to the event under the Configure Event button. From here, you can adjust the capture modes, face effects, sharing options, and more!
How To
Set Branding
When in the Proposal, there are two ways to set the Branding. If the Branding is already set up in the Event settings, you can simply switch the toggle next to Use Branding Settings on.
If the Branding settings are different for the Proposal than they would be for the event, simply switch the toggle next to use Branding Settings off and click on the text to manually adjust the branding for the Proposal.
