If you are uploading captures from a laptop, it is important to keep it connected to power to avoid the computer from going to sleep or powering off.

Keep macOS Awake During Uploads
macOS Catalina (10.15) or earlier
Click System Preference in your dock
Click Energy Saver
Note: If using a laptop, click Power Adapter
Check on “Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when display is off”
macOS Big Sur (11.0) or later
Click System Preference in your dock
Click Energy Saver
Note: If on a laptop, click Battery, then Power Adapter
Check on “Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when display is off”
How To
Keep Windows Awake During Uploads
Click the Windows icon on the taskbar
Click the magnifying glass to search
Search for Sleep
Click Power & sleep settings
Under “Sleep” change “When plugged in, computer goes to sleep after” to Never
