Design Studio

  • Design options shown in the Design Studio Editor may include additional layouts that do not match the selected layout.

Guest Experience (iPad, DSLR, and 360 Events)

  • Edits made to a Photo Template or Overlay in Design Studio while the event is running may not be applied.

    • Workaround: Remove the design from the Capture Mode and add the updated design.

Guest Experience (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Processing longer video captures may take more time than expected.

  • Some animated Masks may not appear correctly in captures.

  • Some users' Bluetooth microphones may not record sound in Video captures

Email Sharing

  • The subject line for emails may have an unexpected lower limit for characters.

    • Workaround: Modify the subject line from the Salsa App.

  • Header and body customization may not appear for some users

    • Workaround: Use the Salsa app for events requiring this feature.

Events

  • Events may not sync for some users

    • Workaround: With a stable internet connection when you do not have captures pending, please delete and reinstall the application from your home screen.

Event Settings – Modes

  • Overlays created in Design Studio may not appear when browsing existing Overlay designs from the 360 Modes settings. (360 Events)

Event Dashboard

  • Some users are unable to download from the Event Dashboard or the Live Gallery 'Download Zip' options

  • Event Analytics may load as blank for some users

Live Gallery

  • Some Android users may be unable to download individual captures

Printing (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Chips may fail to connect when the iPad is offline. (Guac Booth)

  • Chips Dashboard may not show the 'Adjust Printer Media Size' link when using a hardwired Guac connection

Sharing Station

  • Starting Sharing Station for the first time in an event with numerous captures may take a longer time to load than expected.

    • Workaround: Remain connected to Wi-Fi and wait for all captures to finish downloading. Subsequent starts of Sharing Station will load immediately.
