What is a Fiesta Plan?
There are two tiers of Fiesta: Fiesta Pro and Fiesta Plus. These tiers determine which features you have available to you for your events.
Fiesta Pro is our most popular plan and includes tons of great features and benefits for building better guest experiences, branding, and can help with closing bookings with potential clients.
New Fiesta accounts start with a free 30-day trial of Fiesta Pro to try out everything Fiesta has to offer.
If you find that your business doesn’t have a need for any of the Fiesta Pro features, you can downgrade your plan to Fiesta Plus from the Billing section of your account settings.

What is a Fiesta License?
A Fiesta license allows you to run an in-person event. It is important to note, an active subscription with at least one license is necessary to log in to Fiesta to create, manage, and edit events, access the Photobooth Academy, host event captures on a Live Gallery, and so much more.
With a Fiesta license you will also be able to run an in-person event using the Fiesta iOS Software.
Logging in to the Fiesta iOS Software on a device will assign one of your licenses to that device if there is an available license. Devices with an assigned license will appear in the Devices section of your account settings.
If you remove a device from the Devices list in Fiesta, the license will be free to use on a different device.

With a single Fiesta license you can:
Log in to the Fiesta iOS App on one device
Access the Fiesta Web App from any device
Run unlimited Virtual Events
Keep Live Galleries online
Note: Virtual Events and 360 Events are only available on Fiesta Pro.
If you plan on running more than one in-person event (including Sharing Station) at the same time, you will need to add an additional license for each device.
