Fiesta File Requirements Cheat Sheet

This quick reference article provides the recommended file types and sizes for all of Fiesta’s capture modes and features.

All dimensions are width x height in pixels.
All event assets have a 10 MB file size limit, unless otherwise noted.

Maximum Resolution: 300 ppi

Maximum Resolution: 300 ppi

  • Portrait: 2048 x 2732

  • Landscape: 2732 x 2048

  • Square: 2048 x 2048

  • 2:3 Ratio: 2048 x 3072

  • 3:2 Ratio: 3072 x 2048

IMPORTANT: These are the maximum dimensions. Uploading larger overlay sizes may cause unexpected issues.

360 Events

File Format: PNG

Maximum Resolution: 300 ppi

  • Portrait: 1080 x 1920

  • Landscape: 1920 x 1080

Note: While you can upload a MP4 for your background, it will only show the first frame of the video.
