What Are Analytics?
Analytics are broken into two categories - Surveys and Statistics. They are two sides of the same coin in the Fiesta Software. Surveys allow you to collect more information about specific topics directed at guests. Statistics, on the other hand, allow you to collect information about the event itself.

Surveys
Surveys allow you to create multiple-choice or open-ended questions for guests to interact with. This allows you, in turn, to collect information from the guests. This information can be their email address, their favorite color, what they like most about a product - you name it!
This can come in handy when running a corporate event, but can also be a great way for wedding guests to add well wishes or birthday attendees to add a personalized touch.

Statistics
Statistics allow you to collect more information about the event itself. The information provided includes how many captures were taken, how many times captures were shared broken down by sharing method, as well as the number of times the Live Gallery was shared and how many times it has been viewed if activated.
These views allow you to see which outreach methods are more or less successful - or more or less popular - depending on how the booth is being used.
How To
Share Statistics
To Share Sharing Statistics:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the event you wish to share from
Select the Analytics tab
Select the link icon to the right to copy the Sharing Statistics link
From here you can text or email the link to your clients for them to see.
To Access Survey Answers:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the event you wish to share from
Select the Analytics tab
Select the Email Sharing & Survey Data icon
Select Send in the popup that appears
This will send an email to the address associated with the Fiesta account. From there, the information can be forwarded to clients!
